Bio
Kezia Tomsett is a London-based film composer, producer and vocalist. Working across Film and TV [Documentary, Drama, Thriller, Animation, Commercials and more), Kezia uses her love of music without words to enhance the visual narrative. Kezia is part of BAFTA Connect and mentee to Theodore Shapiro.
Kezia uses a hybrid of orchestral electronica, enveloping her own voice in rich ethereal textures and thematic melodies, drawing from her extensive classical music training.
In an article from Music by Clio, Epping depicted how Kezia is pushing her roots in orchestral music into richer soundscapes. To quote, ‘Kezia uses music composition to match the sound identity with the subject matter. Whether an ad for confections or cosmetics, she uses drama and suspense to lead the audience through the story’.
